What stories do our bodies convey from moment to moment in movement and in stillness?
The Bodytelling Art Exhibition features figurative contemporary paintings by Cyprus-based and European artists, exploring the stories our bodies reveal. This theme aligns with the core of the wellness philosophy, highlighting the deep connections between physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
The amazing process of living our human experience through the body here and now, when senses, shapes, movements become the language of symbolic space in the present moment of time which artists capture in their painting. This is what the artworks of two female and two male artists speak about. That's why it's called BODYTELLING.
The exhibition was curated and prepared especially for this conference by SYNCLERY, a conceptual gallery of contemporary art&design founded by Yuliya Karzunova and Irina Kon.

Nikolas Antoniou lives in Larnaca, Cyprus. He is a rapidly-rising Cypriot artist, who is captivated by the human figure, endlessly exploring its forms and expressions through paintings. He is involved in various local and international projects, exhibitions, and art fairs like Art Athienna, Art Bazel. His works are highly valued by professionals and collectors.
Let's quote the artist: “I paint figures to explore the complex layers of human identity and emotion, and to reflect our ongoing search for the purpose of our existence. Each figure represents not just a person, but a blend of experiences, thoughts, and contradictions that shape who we are. Through these forms, I aim to capture the tension between our internal struggles and the external world we navigate, reflecting both clarity and uncertainty. This dynamics, combined with the quest for meaning, is what drives my work”.

Eugene Shadko
Eugene Shadko works and lives in Warsaw in Poland. He is a rising star of contemporary European painting, whose works and successful career are often compared to Adrian Ghenie. Each of his compositions begins with reflective images found on various platforms, social networks, his photos, Internet images that he run into, at cetera. He processes them, explores and transforms into his own narrative. His amazing sense of color and painterly quality make him one of the most exciting young artists to collect. The value of his works has increased approximately 4 times in 4 years. He is represented by three leading European galleries and regularly appears at major art fairs, such as Art Basel.

What is SYNCLERY ?
SYNCLERY is a conceptual gallery of contemporary art and design, founded in 2023 by art curator and advisor Irina Kon and art promoter and decorator Julia Korzunova.
SYNCLERY is built on the synchronization of art and design, objects and spaces, emotions and thoughts, artists and cultures. We search for essential contemporary art and design objects worldwide (and we are confident that every piece from our collection could be displayed in museums), but thanks to our mission, it can also fit into your heart and interior, highlighting your personality and bringing the aesthetics of intellectual life to any space. We organize exhibitions and events that allow you to see (and purchase) a variety of contemporary art and design from different perspectives.
