From November 2026, the contemporary art gallery SYNCLERY (Cyprus) is launching a series of art residencies for Belarusian artists in Limassol.
An art residency for an artist means: the development of their artistic practice + access to the international professional art scene.

Every bit of support matters
We welcome contributions of any amount to the art residency program fund, which supports Belarusian artists and promotes their work internationally.
One-time contribution

- A gift of an original or limited-edition print by the artist-in-residence—a numbered, limited-edition piece, personally signed by the artist and accompanied by a dedicated note of thanks.
- A personal introduction to the artist.
- Inclusion in the residency’s acknowledgments (on the website, Instagram, and in the exhibition catalog), should the Art Angel wish to be publicly recognized.
- Residency diaries: updates, letters, and photographs from the artist regarding the progress of their work.
- Access to exclusive, private meetings with the artists.
- A private, pre-opening viewing of the exhibition.
- Invitations to SYNCLERY events.
- Membership in the Collectors’ Circle.
- Priority access to works created during the residency.
- Priority input on the selection of artists for future residencies.
- Private updates on the project’s development and the artist’s ongoing practice following the conclusion of the program.
- A donation letter or agreement (including tax documentation, where applicable under local jurisdiction).
For Art Angels contributing €2,000 or more:
• A dinner with the artist.
• A studio visit during the residency, featuring a private look at work in progress.
• A personal message from the artist—either a handwritten letter or a sketch.
• A curator-led tour of the exhibition.
• A 10% discount on the artist’s work at the gallery for six months following the end of the residency.
For Art Residency Patrons (providing full or partial support):
• A painting or object created during the residency, gifted to the patron. The terms regarding the selection, transfer, and delivery of the piece will be clearly defined and agreed upon in advance.
• A certificate of authenticity and documentation detailing the creation of the work. • Patron’s name featured on the artwork label and in the provenance: “Residency supported by [name/family].”
• A private viewing for 2–3 of the patron’s guests: an exclusive vernissage or a guided tour with the artist.
• Participation in an informal meeting to discuss candidates for the upcoming residency.
Each subsequent tier includes all the benefits of the previous one.
• A dinner with the artist.
